**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are looking an AI Consultant with a strong technical background and business acumen to join our IT department in Bilbao. This role is crucial for driving and executing innovative projects in international environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client needs and define strategies for client projects (high to low level), assessing the client for the best IT solution.
- Design advanced and up-to-date technological architectures for AI solutions.
- Develop technical solutions, ensuring proper implementation and adherence to best practices in classical and generative AI models.
- Collaborate in a business development strategy, defining commercial plans and establishing alliances with partners.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have education in STEM fields (Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.).
- Master's or PhD level education is desirable.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT consulting. Experience in IT implementations, from definition to deployment and support, using best practices and methodologies.
- Knowledge of updated cloud/on-premise architectures for AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
- Knowledge of classical AI in optimization, prediction, and machine learning models.
- Knowledge of generative AI (LLMs and RAGs).
- Best practices in cybersecurity for handling AI data.
- Proficiency in English (CAE level or higher).
- Commercial and business development skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Alignment with IDOM's philosophy and ability to integrate with the team.
