Since 2001, MetricStream has empowered organizations to intuitively harness front-line intelligence that enables all stakeholders to make real-time risk-aware business decisions.Job DescriptionWill be responsible to consistently deliver on multiple and complex projects aligned to business independently;Develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions to address business problems; drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problemsBusiness knowledge - develop an understanding of the business; understand and enhance business practices and processesResponsible to interact with MetricStream’s worldwide clients during project kick-off, requirement gathering, gap analysis workshops, end user training and product deliveryCollaborate with MetricStream’s internal departments regarding application features and functionality.Create / Perform requirement gathering, Gap analysis, functional testing, User Acceptance Testing and end user trainingReview functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.Review and approve test cases prepared by the QA organization by leading testing efforts, ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner, Works with client to identify required changes.Understand the configuration aspects of the various MetricStream modulesHelp the development team & QA team understand the business requirements.Review Application User Guides and training material for MetricStream’s customers.Teamwork- effectively contribute and add value to cross functional initiatives; train and coach others in the organization; seek to learn from other areas within to improve analytic approaches for the teamCommunication - communicate and present effectively to clients and senior leadershipKey ResponsibilitiesMandatory Requirements:Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis and sound understanding of the software development lifecycle is a mustFamiliarity with the business processes of at least one of the verticals like Financial Services, Banking, Automotive, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare or Foodservices is a mustGovernance, Risk and Compliance domain expertiseExperience in product implementation.Contributing best practices / Ideas to the product road map.Act as a functional advisory to the customer.Mentoring / Grooming Business analystProvide support to RFP and presales.Excellent problem solving, presentation, written and oral communication skillSkills and Experience15+ years experience IT sector as BAExperience as a functional consultant in one of the top ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft)Practical exposure to Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologyEducationBE/Tech/M.TechCompensation DataMetricStream is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
