Join Sibelco in Bilbao to streamline and digitalize Procurement across our global operations.You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications, manage change requests, and drive adoption and continuous improvement across purchasing processes and tools. In Procurement you’ll work primarily on SAP (e.g., SAP MM, SAP Invoice Management/VIM, Enterprise Scan, Pagero/EDI) and collaborate around S/4HANA, SRM, Zycus (contracts), and e‑catalogue portals integrated with SAP.What You’ll DoGather and analyze requirements; translate them into clear SAP functional specifications.Support solution design, testing (UAT), go‑live, and continuous improvement.Own change requests; coordinate with IT and key users to ensure quality delivery and adoption.Promote standardization, data quality, and process automation across Procurement.What You Bring5+ years as a Business Analyst, including Procurement/Supply Chain or ERP environments.Hands‑on SAP experience (SAP required; SAP MM preferred).Practical understanding of Procurement processes (Procure‑to‑Pay, vendor and contract management).Strong communication: you’ll present SAP solutions to non‑technical stakeholders and create documentation that bridges business and IT languages.Stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.Fluency in English.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working model (3 days on site).Relocation support for candidates living outside Bilbao.Opportunities for professional growth and development in a global company committed to innovation and sustainability.Why Join Us?Sibelco is more than just a workplace—it’s a community of people driven by innovation and collaboration.
