We are looking for a junior professional that can lead a hybrid role in our Sourcing & Real Estate team in Madrid. As Facilities Manager, you would be responsible for managing any aspect related to the facility, coordinating our current supplier base and watching for the wellbeing of our employees. As Procurement Analyst you’ll be responsible for managing purchase orders, onboarding new Third-Party suppliers and be an ambassador for the Sourcing Team.

**What you’ll do**:The job will have two different responsibilities

Facilities:

- Manage the Facility, being responsible for coordinating our existing suppliers (cleaning services, maintenance, Vending, etc.)
- Manage Employees inquiries and issues (parking, vending, access, etc.)
- Represent the Iberia Real Estate Team in our international meetings with Corporate
- Assist the Marketing and HR teams with any aspect related to the Facility: RTO, Events, construction and maintenance works, etc.

Procurement
- Manage Purchases following the Equifax internal process & policy
- Onboard new suppliers, from pursuing the contract signature until the service is provided
- Manage the Third-parties inventory, making sure it's up to date
- Interact with the Third-parties whenever necessary, coordinating internal and external stakeholders

***What experience you need**:

- Experience as a Facilities and or Procurement Manager
- English - Advanced mandatory
- Portuguese - Intermediate desirable
- Analytical & project management skills
- Google suite and Microsoft Office skill set, in particular Google Sheets and Slides

- You are a Process-oriented person. You own or have knowledge of the Green Belt or any other Six-Sigma certification
- You have good negotiation and communication skills, you’re able to manage internal and external stakeholders
