We are currently looking for a:
Procurement ESG Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the identification and development of ESG and Procurement critical metrics that will be monitored; and proactively establish relationships with key internal business partners.
- Analyse, identify and implement sustainability initiatives to embed within our current supply chain processes aligned with the procurement strategy.
- Lead the procurement-related Scope 3 emissions reduction strategy, in line with the Group's Science Based Targets initiative objectives. This includes the definition of a Supplier.
- Work closely with the HSE Sustainability team to create synergy with Procurement towards achieving company targets.
- Build critical communications and data representations (data visualization, dashboards, etc.) for key internal and external partners.
- Develop, implement, and maintain measures to improve the reporting and information gathering process.
- Collaborate with the HSE Sustainability department to ensure ESG strategy is aligned with the Procurement Strategy
- KPI definition to measure sustainability scope 3 group targets and monitor performance.
- Supplier management, benchmarking and prioritization based on defined KPIs.
- Supplier risk management and prevention
**Requirements**:
Education: University Degree
Languages: Spanish (Native) English (B2)
Computer Skills: Advance Microsoft Excel level, Power Point, Power BI
Experience: 4 years of experience in a similar role as ESG analyst or ESG related area/ supply chain
Others:
- Experience with supplier benchmark indexes (e.g. EcoVadis, Avetta, GEP) is a plus
- Analytical capabilities, database analysis
