We are currently looking for a:
ESG Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
- What you will be doing_
- Manage the Group Sustainability and HSE software tool through all its implementation and operation phases (e.g. configuration of new modules, user training, access administration )
- Provide support to all Group sites and departments on ESG reporting processes (e.g. yearly sustainability report), ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Calculate ESG indicators based on the data collected (e.g. Group’s carbon footprint)
- Analyse the ESG Group data to identify improvement areas and draw recommendations
- Manage the Group participation on ESG ratings (e.g. CDP, Ecovadis, Sustainalytics )
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. procurement, technical office ) on the implementation of ESG projects
- What you will bring_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Computer Science or other technical discipline (required)
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Computer Science or other technical discipline (preferred)
- Proficiency in English - C1 level or above (required)
- 1 to 5 years work experience in ESG related areas (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills (required)
- Proficiency in Excel (required)
- Experience with Sustainability and HSE software tools (e.g. Enablon, Intelex, Cority ) (preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI ) (preferred)
- Experience on ESG indexes (e.g. CDP, Ecovadis, Sustainalytics ) (preferred)
- Experience on GHG emissions accounting, including Scope 3 (preferred)
- Passion about sustainability related topics and strong commitment with our teams’ purpose and mission (required)
