Strategic Program Manager

**Purpose of the Role**

The Strategic Program Manager acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into scalable, measurable, and actionable programs that accelerate growth, operational excellence, and change management with seamless execution as a supporting function. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be working closely with senior PMOs, leadership and cross-functional teams. Your expertise in program governance support, stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights and program management methodologies will ensure successful program delivery.

You will help the EMEA Apps business to solve complex business challenges and optimize performance.

**Key Responsibilities**.
- **Program Coordination & Support.**Assist in the planning and coordination of key initiatives that support sales transformation and operational efficiency within the EMEA Applications GTM plan. Track project activities, maintain documentation, and support execution in collaboration with program leads.
- **Stakeholder Engagement.**Work closely with business stakeholders and operational teams to support program alignment with strategic goals. Assist in preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, and facilitating follow-ups to ensure progress.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration.**Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent program delivery and knowledge sharing. Help promote best practices and support efforts that improve collaboration and execution.
- **Change Support.**Support change management efforts by helping to create and maintain communications, training materials, and transition plans to aid teams in adopting new processes, tools, or ways of working.
- **Project Execution.**Contribute to managing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Monitor KPIs and help maintain reporting frameworks and program dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability.
- **Process Improvement Support.**Participate in discovery activities to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. Support the implementation of solutions aimed at enhancing team productivity and program impact.
- **Governance & Reporting.**Support governance processes by maintaining program documentation, preparing regular updates for stakeholders, and ensuring decisions and risks are tracked and communicated effectively.

**Required Expertise**
- **Experience**:4+ years in program management, business transformation, or strategic initiatives within SaaS, technology, or enterprise software industries.
- **Must have experience as consultant for one of the major players**:McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or Bain & Company and/or others.
- **MBA**as preferred.
- **Program Management Skills**:Proven ability to support large-scale programs, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business results.
- **Excellence in presenting and communication skills.**:

- **Expertise**in using excel and power point ad advanced level.
- **Methodologies**:Expertise in Agile, Lean, and/or change management frameworks.
- **Certifications**:PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategies.
