**What you do**
- ** Technical Integration**: Oversee and support the technical harmonization and integration of the NFRM framework within the IRM platform, ensuring seamless alignment with other risk management processes at Allianz Technology. This includes functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and API configurations with other systems.
- ** Assurance Program Coordination**: Assist in coordinating the AZ Technology assurance program and deliver comprehensive technical assurance reports to customers. Lead the technical implementation of Control Assurance Report (CAR) dashboards using PowerBI, integrating data from the IRM platform.
- ** Project Initiatives**: Drive key IT project initiatives, foster innovation, and manage ad-hoc projects within the IRM platform to ensure alignment with business needs.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Build and maintain strong relationships while working closely with safeguarding functions, IT, and business units across Allianz Technology. Collaborate to design, develop, and refine product roadmaps for the ServiceNow IRM platform, with a particular focus on the NFRM framework and the integration of other risk management process requirements.

**What you bring**
- ** Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in risk management or IT platforms.
- ** Technical Skills**: Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC and VRM modules and PowerBI is highly desirable.
- ** Project Management**: Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- ** Location Flexibility**: Willingness to be based in Barcelona and collaborate with teams in Munich and other locations.
- ** Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
