In alignment with our respective business partners (Procurement Sourcing, Business Operations, Group Risk Management...), further develop, implement, and improve the Risk Management concept and methodology within Procurement. Ensure our solutions, including but not limited to Supplier and Material Risk Assessments, work as expected and deliver visibility of our risk landscape. Lead our Supply Chain mapping efforts to improve the transparency of our supplier base. Stay up to date with new trends and solutions in Risk Management so enhancements to our concept can be implemented if appropriate. Report and advise Senior Management about relevant risks and propose adequate mitigation activities. Build the necessary capability and train our Procurement organization on Risk Management related topics. **Who you are**: - Formal education: M.S., in Science, Technology, Engineering, Business or related field. MBA or equivalent preferable - You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of Sourcing experience in the relevant industries (Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Cosmetics, Pigments, Electronics) - You have deep experience with Supplier or Supply Chain Risk Management - You have good persuasion skills, the ability to empathize and lead by influence - You have confirmed experience in successfully leading projects with global scope and impact on the organization - You have demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem-solving skills, and initiative to achieve desired outcomes - You have excellent communication and change management skills - You have confirmed experience working in global teams - You have an excellent command of English.
