**The Team**:
The Growth Programs department is a global department which is in charge of the scaleable growth of the company. You will work hand in hand with strategic consultants in a part of the organisation with high C-level visibility.

**The Role**:
The Intern, Growth Programs role is a hybrid position where you will combine strategy and execution to contribute to the growth of the company in an innovative environment.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Full ownership of a program in the Growth Programs department
- Building reports, presentations and communication for the steering comittee of the program, and the executive team
- Develop analyses for the different growth programs (e.g. analysis of market penetrations)
- Support to senior team members with analyses, presentations and communication
- Participation in the definition process of new growth programs

**The qualifications you need**:

- Student of business administration or a comparable program
- Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to also present and explain them to various stakeholders
- Can listen very well, are communicative and feel comfortable as an interface between different departments and all levels of management
- Have an eye for detail
- Proficient in Excel and like to work with different IT tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English
