We design and deliver executive engagements that combine thought leadership, peer exchange, and tailored experiences to support strategic growth, pipeline acceleration, and customer advocacy. You will report directly to the Director, Executive Programs and act as a key partner in shaping, scaling, and operationalizing the global Executive Programs strategy. The RoleAs Senior Manager, Executive Programs, you will take end-to-end ownership of key executive initiatives while supporting the Director in driving the overall program strategy. This role goes beyond execution: you will help translate strategy into scalable programs, act as a senior partner to Sales and Marketing leaders, and ensure executive engagements deliver measurable business impact.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, lead complex programs across regions, and serve as a trusted interface between Celonis leadership and C-level customers. Executive Program LeadershipOwn the planning and execution of multiple executive programs, from concept to delivery and post-engagement follow-up. Translate strategic priorities into concrete program plans with clear objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics. Act as a day-to-day lead for Executive Programs, supporting the Director in driving consistency, quality, and scale.
