**Job Descriptions**:

- Identify, source, and engage prospective enterprise clients for existing office buildings and digital-tech ecosystem area
- Provide advice and recommendations related to transactions to clients
- Review and analyze legal documents, financial reports, and operating plans as part of due diligence process and negotiations
- Conduct and manage research in market trends, rates, and portfolio analysis
- Address client needs in ERP and enterprise technology to leverage Sinar Mas Land's technology solution & advisory services across all ecosystem

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related fields
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience as real estate consultant, commercial or office space leasing
- Excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills; able to build, maintain, and leverage professional relationship with various stakeholders and clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable in multi-tasking, take initiative, prioritize and organize multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, multi-tasking, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge in real estate industry including market trends, legal instruments, and financing will be preferred
