**Your main tasks**:

- Drive generation, implementation, qualification and optimization of fabrication processes for the fabrication of complex polymer consumables from prototype through high volume manufacturing with expertise and confidence of DFM.
- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new medical device products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFM principles are applied.
- Execute V&V protocols and prepare reports under ISO 13485.
- Conduct PFMEAs and risk assessments for new processes.
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and related documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams in an agile, startup-like environment.
- Help build and stabilize processes as part of a growing unit.

**Your ideal background**:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3+ years in process development/manufacturing (Life Sciences or regulated industries preferred).
- ISO 13485 cleanroom experience (preferred).
- Experience scaling processes from R&D to manufacturing.
- Experience in one or more of the following processes is desirable: DRIE on silicon; Wet etching (silicon and glass); Sputtering and evaporation; Soft-lithography; Metrology; Photolithography for mold generation; Electroplating for nickel shims; Machining (e.g., CNC, micro-milling, laser welding); Injection molding.
- Proficiency in MS Office and 2D/3D CAD design tools.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
