Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit **German-speaking Customer Support Agents** for a financial services project in **Malaga, Spain**. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international team while supporting clients in the financial and payments sector.

Your Role
- Provide accurate, timely support to resolve customer incidents and ensure a positive client experience.
- Process and monitor customer cases, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every customer interaction.

Your Qualifications
- **Fluent German (C1)** and a good level of English.
- Previous experience in customer support, financial services, or call center environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a **client-oriented mindset**.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a structured environment.
- Availability to work **on-site in Malaga**.

The Offer
- **Permanent contract** with a 2-month trial period.
- **Full-time schedule**: Monday to Friday, 09:00-20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week.

Benefits & Relocation Package
- **Annual salary: €22,000**.
- **Signing bonus: €1,500**.

- **Relocation support**:

- **Travel reimbursement**: up to €200 (train/plane), paid after 3 months of employment.
- **Financial aid for housing**: €300-€400/month for the first 3 months (requires proof of accommodation).
