Our end-to-end infrastructure includes global merchant-of-record agreements, fulfilment, subscription, loyalty programs, and finance functions to deliver new revenue and delightful brand experiences.

We are actively recruiting a new member of our Payment & Anti-fraud team to ensure that Scalefast keeps the fraud rate as low as possible by analyzing blocked orders. The main objective is to repel fraudsters and allow customers to buy without problems. You make the platform evolve to be able to handle more and better our customers' needs, decreasing the cost and increasing performance and stability.

**What will I do?**
- Manage chargebacks disputes: review, analyze and defend all payment disputes to recover funds for merchants, and ensure an accurate and appropriate response
- Handle notifications of fraud and fraud alerts from our different PSP and chargebacks prevention tools
- Analyze incoming orders to spot trends and prevent fraudulent order attempts:

- Make and execute decisions regarding the validity of orders
- Evaluate current processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, reduce loss, and enhance the customer experience
- Work closely with other peers to share best practices to prevent fraudulent transactions
- Perform investigations and analysis of cardholder disputed transactions as per card scheme regulation
- Review daily processing system chargeback and retrieval reports
- Support the fraud team in various initiatives and ad hoc projects as required
- Identify fraud related patterns and resolve escalated issues from the team
- Support anti-fraud capabilities workshops with clients

**_ What do I look like?_**
- I spent 2+ years in a similar role related to online payments and anti-fraud
- I have worked with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary stakeholders in the past
- I am fluent in English, fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
- I am organized and love keeping close track of projects
- I have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- I have good knowledge of MS Office and am very comfortable with Excel
- I am proactive and not afraid to share my own ideas
