**What you will be doing**

You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Graduate Electrical Engineer and can expect to be involved in the following:

- Assist to the Test Manager in the technical discussions with the customer during the Negotiation Phase, prior to formal kick-off of the project up to the in flight operations of the Space System.
- Assist to the Test Manager in the requirement assessment and in the risk identification.
- Collaboration in the requirement assessment to define the EGSE (Electrical Ground Support Equipment) architecture. Technical supervision of the EGSE development and participation in the EGSE validation test campaign.
- Support to the Technical Manager for technical issues resolution, in strong collaboration with experts as necessary under quality and programmatic rules.
- Preparation of the Validation documentation: Verification Control Document, Test Plan, detailed Test Procedures (Electrical & Functional, Environmental, EMC, ) to support the design and manufacturing robustness against the different stakeholders during the different project milestones (Requirement Review, Preliminary and Architecture Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, Test Review Board ).
- Participation in the coding of test sequences (based on Python or other languages) maximizing the test coverage to validate the integrity of the design. Final validation of the test sequences over engineering models (EBB, EM,..) or specific test setups.
- Execution of integration, qualification and acceptance test campaigns for the corresponding models (EQM, QM, PFM, FMs), including development of those jigs needed for (tooling, vibration and thermal fixtures, etc).
- Preparation of test reports and test as-run information, including all the relevant information of the test campaigns
- You will have the chance to use SAP and Python (among other languages, C++, C#, ).

Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Graduate Electrical Engineer

**What we are looking for**

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Engineering or a science discipline
- Ability in using generic laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
