Together we provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle - from concept and design to construction and operations, to decommissioning or repowering and life extension. Together with our clients, we’re helping to deliver the energy transition globally.This is a permanent role and will offer excellent prospects for career development involving different power generation technologies, mainly renewable energy projects.- Your other responsibilities will include:
- Primary plant design and layouts for HV substations;
- Equipment specifications for HV Plant and ancillary equipment;
- Providing engineering design input to major electrical power projects from feasibility/front end engineering stages to detailed design/site construction monitoring and commissioning;
- Project management and coordination with clients and our design teams within Mott MacDonald including civil, structural, environmental, survey/geotechnical, transport, protection and control and CAD/BIM team;
- Delivering projects in new technologies e.g. energy storage, HVDC systems, smart grid solutions, waste to energy etc;
- Provide professional services to clients both Nationally and Internationally.- To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have **less than 12 months relevant experience** (excluding placements) and have a degree (obtained **no earlier than 2023**) or are expected to achieve one in **electrical engineering.**- We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:

- Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
