**Job Description**:
**Job title**: Analyst - Organizational Effectiveness (Data Management & Modelling, M&A)
**Position Summary**
As an Analyst Organizational Effectiveness, you will play a crucial role in our HR Integration Team, responsible for driving the successful integration of NIQ & GfK organizations.
Your primary focus will be supporting the data management and modeling activities related to our organizational integration and organizational effectiveness activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Own our data management process by working with HRBPs to ensure high quality and reflect any org changes being implemented.
2. Attain deep understanding of our org data to be able to model and simulate org scenarios and implications
3. Maintain databases, data models and data visualization tools used to facilitate data analysis and reporting
4. Perform advanced data analysis, using statistical techniques and modeling to identify patterns, trends and insights related to organizational effectiveness
5. Collaborate with Integration team, Business Leaders and HRBPs to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with the organizational objectives
6. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing data findings and recommendations
7. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement efforts
8. Support the implementation and evaluation of organizational effectiveness programs, interventions and initiatives.
**Qualifications**
1. Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Strong experience in data management, data modeling and statistical analysis
3. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
4. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python or R
5. Familiarity with **HR systems and databases** is preferred
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
10. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
