**About the role**:
Medior SAP International Client Delivery Lead supports the delivery of SAP AMS services for international clients, focusing on operational excellence, resource coordination, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills in French and English.

**Which tasks can you expect?**
- Financial Support
- Assist in monitoring budgets, actuals, and KPIs.
- Customer Relationship
- Serve as a point of contact for French-speaking clients.
- Communicate progress and challenges proactively.
- Resource Coordination
- Support resource assignment and capacity planning.
- Maintain backlog and prioritize work.
- Business Support
- Assist in identifying upselling opportunities.
- Support project readiness and hyper-care activities.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with AMS Tribe Lead and internal teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**What do you have to offer?**
- 3-5 years in SAP AMS or similar delivery roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SAP AMS processes (Incident, Change, Release Management).
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
