We create and maintain EMEA Pricing Policy, we build process and solutions to support its execution and to monitor divisional pricing Strategies. We support EMEA organization in complying with achieving pricing plan execution by partnering with the business, assessing pricing needs, proposing and developing pricing solutions.

To us, pricing is a core element of the corporate strategy and it should be embedded in the long-term vision of the company as well as in everyday business decisions in order to generate profitable growth.

**Location**:

- Any BSC EMEA Hub (Duesseldorf, Galway, Milan, Madrid, Hemel Hempsted, Voisins-le-Bretonneux)

**Pricing Product Owner Role and Key Responsibilities**:
**Own/support current and future development and maintenance of infrastructure within the pricing pillar (processes & tools) **to drive real and sustained pricing performance while comply with EMEA pricing policy, by:

- **Technology Expert**:
Own & support **maintenance & enhancements of pricing processes and solutions** (Pricing policy, CPQ, Price Books, Execution Monitoring tools) and manages **user support** and **user training** working with Pricing Intern and junior PO
- Identify the right technologies and propose new tech projects to improve and automate business strategies
- Work with IS to optimize and converge infrastructure and platforms
- Continually evaluate and improve these tools ensuring they are easy to use and that they deliver value to our customers and to BSC
- Own the Business Requirement gathering process and content for all technical projects supporting Business - both from divisions as well as from the CoE
- Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE and IS department
- Support technology integration and data management
- Work in close coordination with the IS department, Global project teams and external 3rd parties to develop, enhance and roll out technologies and processes
- **Project management** Skills: Demonstrates the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe. Manages and optimizes resources and risks and works in alignment with BSC methodologies and tools.
- Support delivery of new projects/requirements by coordinating with stakeholders using project management skills leveraging best-practice tools and processes
- Own & support the RACI matrix and the RAID log and ensure timely reminders to CoE team and its stakeholders and vendors
- Own & support the documentation for solution development and enhancement
- Manages business requirement gathering process
- **Brings Innovative ideas**: Generates new ideas, methods, processes, and solutions. Continuously uses imagination, creativity, and critical thinking to solve problems and meet needs. Seeks new approaches, ways of working and innovations to improve business decisions, efficiencies, and the customer experience.

- Develop and implement successful communication plans, using storytelling techniques and effective presentation skills
- Prepare regular updates on status and progress of tools/projects owned/supported
- Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE, IS department and external vendors
