**Senior Pricing Analyst Endoscopy EMEA (M/F/d)**

**About the role**:
We are looking for a project-driven EMEA Pricing Analyst to support the Endoscopy division in the implementation and optimization of pricing tools and strategies. This role is instrumental in executing key strategic pricing projects across divisions, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement.

Operating at the EMEA level, this role collaborates with a broad range of business partners to drive data-driven pricing decisions and continuous process improvement.

**In this role, you will be responsible to**:

- Evolve Pricing Framework:

- Project manage the development and roll-out of new pricing tools to enhance decision-making and execution across markets.
- Work cross-functionally to streamline pricing processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with commercial goals.
- Proactively contribute innovative ideas to improve current processes, tools, and solutions.
- Drive usage of pricing analytics, fostering a pricing mindset culture across the organization.
- Drive decisions based on reporting and analytics by:

- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to delve into identified pricing challenges or opportunities.
- Define and track key pricing KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with marketing and commercial objectives.
- Providing input for the development and optimization of analytics and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making for pricing execution, monitoring key behaviors, patterns, and areas requiring attention
- Stakeholder & Change Management:

- Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure successful adoption of new pricing tools and strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing pricing decisions through data-driven insights and storytelling.
- Drive a pricing mindset across the organization, ensuring alignment between commercial and financial goals.

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Professional Background: Over 5 years of experience in Pricing, Analytical roles, or Program Management within structured environments.
- Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage complex pricing-related projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, influence different stakeholders, and oversee execution from start to finish.
- Change Management Expertise: Experience in implementing new processes and tools, ensuring successful stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Communication and Storytelling: Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, with excellent communication skills to influence and motivate stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Presentation: Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources, and present your findings and recommendations effectively using storytelling techniques and impactful presentations.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to thrive in an interconnected environment, collaborating extensively across different businesses and functions.
- Commitment and Initiative: Highly committed and self-driven, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and develop improved ways of working.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, demonstrating the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe.

- Technical Proficiencies:

- Excellent business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel required.
- Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
- SQL, Access is a plus.
- SalesCloud knowledge is a plus.
