**The Mission**:
To manage, develop and monitor the company’s production planning and supply chain strategy. Improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality products for our customers. To develop and manage the customer operations team.

**Activities/Responsibilities**:

- For all productions of Worldsensing portfolio, ensuring minimum lead times, delivery according to schedules, reliable quality, and minimum cost.
- Evaluating production problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Managing the purchases of all components and services required for the manufacturing of the company’s products, including selecting the most adequate components and suppliers.
- Managing inventories of components and finished products according to company strategy and sales forecasts.
- Ensuring our customers receive their goods on-time without issues
- Working with Engineering during product development phases to ensure a smooth transition from development and testing to production.
- Designing and implementing effective administrative processes to ensure that accurate and timely information is available to other departments on product costs, product inventories, and other departments’ OKRs
- Focusing on continuous improvement within the department and with internal and external Customers.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements (Desired)**:

- 4+ years of experience as Operations Manager in mid-size companies with outsourced manufacturing processes in an international environment.
- Strong background in operations including outsourced manufacturing, internal and external logistics
- Demonstrable skills in team leadership and project management
- Experience in multiple hardware/software environments
- Masters degree in electronic, industrial engineering or a related field.
- Fluent English is sought
