**IT TRAINEE**:
**Position based in Barcelona**

We are looking for a part time student to join the Local IT Support team located in Barcelona office. In your role, you contribute to deliver support to internal users in an international environment.

**As part of the team your main tasks will be**:

- Support for the opening of incidents and assistance requests from users. Work with the ticketing system.
- Solving level 1&2 IT problems: user computers, printers, mobile phones other hardware and basic network troubleshooting.
- Keep computer systems running and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
- Setup computers with Microsoft Windows & MAC environment.
- Participation in the setup and equipment deployment.
- Assist to ensure all devices follow ADP security compliance.
- Meeting room local support. Mainly Cisco devices.
- Manage stock equipment and other supplies.
- Guide creations and sharing knowledge with other team members.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

We search for someone enthusiastic about learning to work in a large company in an international environment. With a good sense of customer service, interpersonal skills, reactivity, and the ability to work independently.

**Requirements**:

- Troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows. Office 365. MAC OS is a plus
- Good sense of customer service.
- English & Spanish

Part time job: 9-14hs.
