Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory division are looking for talented individuals to join as Banking Placement Analysts in a newly created EMEA Banking Analytics Group in Málaga, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the growth and evolution of this new hub. Over the placement, the Málaga Banking Placement Analysts will provide support to EMEA Banking teams with the construction of key strategic materials underpinning M&A Advisory and Capital Markets (equity offerings and debt issuance) execution. - Partner closely with the team to ensure high-quality production of strategic materials and manage deliverables: - Valuation / Financial analysis: Build financial models to construct fundamental valuation perspectives, including comparable and precedent transaction analysis as well as discounted cash flow analysis - Industry analysis: Conduct research and identify emerging trends as part of preparing industry and market overviews - Business development: Co-ordinate key operational data and assist in the presentation of new ideas to clients - You are in your penultimate or final year of university with a strong academic record - Spanish language is not a necessary requirement A dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital.
