**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** QA Strategy**: Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy covering functional, performance, security, and reliability aspects.
- ** Automation**: Build and maintain automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- ** Non-Functional Testing**: Drive performance, scalability, and security testing, including vulnerability assessments and compliance.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality practices and ensure smooth integration of all components.
- ** Leadership**: Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- ** Reporting**: Define quality KPIs, track defects, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in QA, including 3+ years in a lead role for complex, distributed systems.
- Expertise in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes, databases, and security testing methodologies (OWASP).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Background in testing payment or financial systems.
- Experience with secure elements, smartcards, or embedded systems testing.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and containerized deployments.
- Certifications in QA or security (e.g., ISTQB, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.
