Job Title: Senior Divisional Quality Assurance Manager The Opportunity: Join Almarai as a Senior Divisional Quality Assurance Manager in our Protein Business Unit. This pivotal role ensures compliance with Almarai Quality Management Standards, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and global best practices in Food Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Animal Welfare Management Systems. You will lead quality functions, processes, and teams to protect the Almarai brand and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Business Unit’s quality assurance functions and resources. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Drive improvements in Food Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management systems. Support business performance through proactive quality strategies. Academic / Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in applied science, Food/Poultry Science, Microbiology, or related scientific and poultry/animal farming discipline. Master’s degree in Applied Science, Food/Poultry Science, Microbiology, or related discipline. Certifications: FSSC, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor. Candidates without the essential qualifications and experience will not be considered. 12–15 years in the food industry within a multinational organization in senior food safety and quality management roles. Experience with ISO 9001/22000/14001, FSSC 22000. HACCP expertise. Knowledge of food law including animal welfare and animal farming. Poultry product technology and processing experience. Frozen product technology and general poultry technology. Animal welfare and farming experience.
