Be responsible of the job holder includes the timely and accurate data preparation on a local GAAP basis for external reporting to Tax Authorities, Auditors, Statistical Office. Additionally, the job holder needs to work with the Team leader on the timely monthly reporting for **US GAAP **in accordance with the Company's Month-end Closing schedule.
- Work on the preparation of the local GAAP Statutory Accounts for the Air Products legal entities in LATAM in a timely manner which includes the preparation of working papers and related schedules for the Statutory year-end audit process of the Statutory Financial statements with the objective to obtain a clean sign-off audit opinion by the Statutory year-end auditors.
- Be responsible for the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly/quarterly basis in line with company policy. If the preparation of the account reconciliations requires cooperation with peer groups and/or with other functional areas, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are completed and filed correctly.
- Under the supervision of the Team leader set own priorities and work plan within the overall framework of the Financial accounting group and corporate deadlines.

**You will have**:
- 3- 5 years' experience as finance analyst and/or accountant in Big 4 firm or recognized multinational company.
- Working Experience in an international team with other accountants.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a large multi-disciplined environment.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience of US GAAP and IFRS.
- Study degree in Financial Accounting.
- **English and Spanish** mandatory and any other European languages will be an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with multiple functions and senior Management.
