**Descripción**:
Nuestro equipo de selección está creciendo y por ello actualmente seleccionamos un/a Recruiter Trainee para nuestra área de Healthcare, que se ubicará en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona.
**Misión**:
Reclutamiento de perfiles para clientes del sector healthcare (médicos/as, enfermeros/as, fisioterapeutas, etc)
**Tareas**:

- Publicación de Ofertas en Sites de Empleo y utilizar fuentes alternativas
- Criba curricular.
- Entrevistas presenciales/online.
- Elaboración de informes.
- Seguimiento de las entrevistas realizadas en clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Valorable experiência en la selección de perfiles
- Formación: licenciatura/grado en psicología, Relaciones Laborales, ADE, etc.
- Valorable máster/posgrado en RRHH
- Valorable nível de inglés avanzado (B2-C1)
- Persona proactiva, adaptable y flexible, con habilidades interpersonales, orientación a personas, multi-tarea y colaboradora para el trabajo en equipo.
