From Winning Selection, Recruitment Agency, we are looking for a Marketing Manager for one of our main clients in the Financial Sector.

We are seeking an innovative Marketing manager to promote solutions in the Spanish market. In this role, you will drive the Marketing Plan for the Spanish market and manage the marketing budget.

To ensure success, you will need extensive marketing background, preferably within the Banking and Financial industry, and the ability to identify new business activities.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, finance, communication, business development areas.
- Generating content marketing initiatives and new business ideas.
- Developing and managing the marketing budget.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- At least 5 years' experience as a marketing manager, With previous experience in the sector.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, B2B sector and content marketing activities.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered a plus
