**CIB2S**
BNP Paribas in its Securities Services business offers a wide range of services derived from the purchase and sale of financial instruments and units in investment funds, such as their settlement, custody, valuation, administration and financing and all financial transactions derived therefrom (dividend payments, capital increases, fund subscriptions and redemptions, etc.).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
To be efficient and proactively anticipate operational issues;
To be compliant with regulatory obligations and make sure the risk is appropriately controlled and losses minimized;
To continuously seek to optimize process flows by escalating issues;
To be organized and communicative to work actively with the team;
To know, understand and follow the market rules.
To comply with internal policies, guidelines and procedures at all times;
To work with a top quality service to maintain the high level client focus.
Support team in securing, formalizing and evolving necessary controls and procedures so that operational risk is mitigated and support a constructive, supportive and learning culture is in place in relation to errors and incidents.
Monitor procedures and checklist updates, immediate reporting to management any discrepancies and gaps in process and procedures,
Relationship with banks and counterparts: To maintain direct communication with banks to resolve payments or settlements, status consultations and ensure compliance with procedures.
Policy compliance: Ensure that all transactions comply with local and international regulations (AML, KYC, FAAAR, etc.) and that internal financial security procedures are followed.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Studies in business administration, economics, finance
Bilingual in Spanish and at least C1 in English
Microsoft 365
**EXPERIENCE**:
Previous experience in back office is valued.
