**ENGLISH VERSION** **HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN (MGMT 2025-02)** The ICIQ is looking for a Human Resources technician to promote the identification of outstanding researchers and meet their training and development needs, especially at doctoral and postdoctoral levels, in addition to the structural staff who are part of the institute. This person will be key in attracting talent, ensuring OTM-R selection processes and establishing strong relationships with applicants and employees globally. In addition, he will manage the performance evaluation, he will manage the internal training of the institute in order to demonstrate the positive impact of the learning initiatives. **Responsabilities**: - Identify training needs and promote the development of doctoral and postdoctoral researchers. - Work as a team to produce training programs that are satisfactory for all relevant parts of the organization, from technicians to department heads, producing training materials for internal courses. - Management of bonuses at FUNDAE. - Participate in the new calls at the ICIQ.
