Persona que se encargará de gestionar los costes salariales de las personas de la compañía, formando parte del equipo de Recursos Humanos de H&T Presspart Tarragona
- Asegurar la corrección de las nóminas de todas las personas trabajadoras de Presspart de acuerdo con los presupuestos aprobados e instrucciones de la dirección de la empresa, cumpliendo con la legislación laboral, fiscal y de Seguridad Social vigente en cada momento - Coordinar con el Gestor externo en el proceso de elaboración y pago de nóminas en tiempo y forma. - Carga de las mismas en SuccessFactors - Preparar los informes relevantes para el equipo directivo, entre otros resumenes de nóminas mensuales y anuales - Gestión de los salarios variables de las personas trabajadoras - Gestión de la remuneración Flexible de la empresa (remuneración en especies) - Colaborar en la preparación de los presupuestos anuales en lo referente a costes de personal - Resolución de dudas de las personas trabajadoras en relación con las nóminas

- TÍTOL FP DE GRAU SUPERIOR
