As a **Consultant **within the Real World Evidence Department, you will have a key role to support the HEOR practice. You are expected to be able to work in different projects for different clients on the Spanish market. You will carry out your tasks to a high standard which meets or exceeds the client's expectations. You will support senior staff on specific business initiatives.

**Your missions**:

- Review and analysis of client requirements or problems and development of proposals and client solutions
- Development of detailed documentation and specifications
- Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions
- Design/structure and completion of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
- Develops and presents client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies.
- Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities

**Your profile**:

- 3-5 years of experience (Service provider experience is a plus) in the Market Acess or Evidence Generation field
- Education linked to Science/Pharmacy/Economics (Specialized master in Health Economics is a plus)
- Great teamwork skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English are required (spoken and written)
- Strong quantitative skills (Mainly using Excel, any data visualization skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Entrepreneurship and Innovative approach

Full time and hybrid position available immediately both in Madrid or Barcelona.
