Descripción del empleo**
OVERALL OBJECTIVES**:
Daily management and oversight of risk and insurance related matters, covering all relevant risk and insurance policies arranged for the benefits of all Spanish Eurofins operations
**POSITION & OBJECTIVES**:

- Primary Point of Contact for all insurance related queries
- Work with GSC Risk and Insurance Team on renewals of insurance policies and on risk prevention and mitigation initiatives
- Provide support to all Spanish Eurofins legal entities (ELEs) with respect to local risk and all insurance related matters
- Co-ordinate and participate in meetings with Brokers, Insurers and other third parties
- Lead the placement and implementation of all local Spanish insurance policies (integrated and pure local policies), including (but not limited to) Property Damage & Business Interruption, General Liability and Professional Liability, Environmental Liability and Automobile
- Share each year the allocation of all global insurance premiums over the Spanish ELEs and collaborate with GSC Risk and Insurance Team for the invoicing process
- Coordinate and collaborate with GSC Risk and Insurance Team for monitoring Eurofins PD&BI insurance program with the assistance of local broker and all prevention actions including (but not limited to) the follow-up on risk recommendations issued by the Group Property insurer
- Give support to local operational teams in the review of insurance and liability clauses in terms and conditions of lease agreements or commercial contracts
- Assist each project leader for the placement of the Construction All Risks insurance policy for any new Project (renovation, extension, greenfield project)
- Own and coordinate the claims reporting process with the assistance of the local brokers to provide constant oversight of existing claims at Group level
- Stay abreast of changes in the local business that may impact risk management such that we can proactively manage the exposure. Support, educate, and assist the business units with the programs and initiatives to reduce total cost of insurance
- Advise and educate local management on insurance coverage, markets, resources and best practices for risk mitigation

**Requisitos**:
**Education**:

- Master Degree with an insurance / Risk Management qualification

Personal skills:

- Good knowledge of Insurance policies and international programs
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel and database/ Business Intelligence tools
- Very accurate, highly reliable and eye for detail
- Ability to work in an autonomous manner in a fast changing international organization
- Strong communication skills in English language: ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both in writing and verbally
- Experience w

5 years minimum of experience in the insurance field (insurers / brokers / insurance risk managers)
