Financial Services, is a trusted partner, providing flexible customized financing and insurance solutions to customers, working in close support to the Dealers who provide Group Brands industrial vehicles, buses & coaches.We are looking for Risk and Compliance Manager for TRATON Financial Services in Iberica (Spain and Portugal) for a leading company in a dynamic and challenge context. As Risk and Compliance Manager you will lead and supervise the local team and ensure the implementation and execution of applicable policies and regulations, with an important focus on enhancing the risk management processes.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare risk management reports for top-level management (Head of Operations, Brand Directors, boards meetings, Regional Directors, Head Office) based on internal reviews and advise the executives on risk mitigation measures and implementation of adequate compliance programsRisk assessment under Traton Financial Services policies and guidelines based on risk tolerance and risk appetiteCoordination with Internal Control Function and risk owners to develop, implement and improve controlsCoordination with Group Internal Audit and external auditors, develop, , implement and follow up action plans.Regulatory mapping and compliance with applicable internal and external regulations.Review of internal procedures to identify areas of improvement, alignment with applicable policies and regulationsOrganize workshops and training sessions to educate and update employees on the organization’s compliance policies, regulations, and processesLiaise with authorities on compliance affairs.Support and assessment in global and local projectsInteract with other departments of the company, e.g ISEC officer, to coordinate the implementation and follow up of new required processes or products.If you have a spirit of continuous improvement, passion for the automotive industry, and share our commitment to the future, we encourage you to apply and challenge us to keep improving.At TRATON, we believe everything begins and ends with people.
