**Descripción**:
At Dopp, we are looking for a Corporate Manager R&D Personal Care for an important company in the consumer goods sector. The role will involve the execution and monitoring of R&D projects, using the necessary tools and materials in accordance with the guidelines of the Directors, and coordinate all work and task with collaborators to ensure achievement of the projects.
Responsabilities:
- Ensure the execution of R+D projects in coordination with your work team.
- Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
- Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
- Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department
- Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies.
- Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.
**Requirements**:
- Master Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
- English C1. German C1. Other languages will be valued.
- At least two years in similar position.
- Experience managing team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Willingness to learn about the latest technologies in Personal Care.
- High knowledge and previous experience in Personal Care and Cosmetics so that they can provide technical support for potential categories to explore within the world of cosmetics.
- Dynamic, organized person, skilled in data analysis and document management.
- Oriented towards quality and detail.
- Ability to synthesize and focused on achieving objectives.
- With collaborative and proactive aptitude, oriented towards teamwork, willingness to learn and with curiosity to integrate new technologies in the chemical field.
- With initiative to contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement.
