As a consequence of the continuous growth and development of projects in our organization, we are currently seeking a dedicated **HR Generalist Iberia **(Spain and Portugal) to join our Southern Europe HR team, within EMEA. This will be based in our **Madrid **offices, reporting to the HR Business Partner Iberia; to provide support to our 100+ people.

The ideal individual will have a collaborative and positive approach.

Her/his main responsibilities will be:

- Assist HRBP in supporting the development, implementation and delivery of the Iberia People Plan
- Support our people questions related to regulations and any other people related queries.
- Training and Development: detecting needs, annual training plan, budget tracking, annual performance process, engagement survey, action plans.
- Compensation & Labor Relations: manage Spain and Portugal payroll, flexible retribution system, ensuring compliance, employment law and legal requirements.
- Others: completing ad hoc reports (i.e. headcount, FTE, turnover ) and update Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Support HRBP in specific international implementation projects
- Bachelors in Labour Relations, Psychology or similar; Master is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR role.
- High level of English (Proficiency) and Spanish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for clear communications with staff and clients;
- Ability to deal effectively with various stakeholders, clients and other external organisations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Organised and proactive.
