Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Generalist Trainee to join our People team. The successful candidate will provide support to the HR Business Partner across various HR functions, contributing to both daily operations and strategic projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Support in the recruitment process and staff cost. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience. Provide administrative support across various HR functions (documentation, databases, etc.). Help monitor and track HR KPIs and dashboards (Recruiting, Turnover, eNPS, etc.). Support on transversal HR projects (performance management, employee engagement, satisfaction survey, etc.). Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment and execution of HR initiatives. Requirements Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar. A Master's degree in Human Resources will be highly valued. Previous internship experience in an HR department is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive, stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Good command of English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
