**Descripción del puesto**:
The Compliance Manager will be in direct contact and will engage with the business on all levels, including senior executives and mid-level management, and will provide the optimal level of compliance guidance.

He/she will support the Group functions, the Business Activities and its subsidiaries in conducting its business in full compliance with all applicable regulations, accepted industry business practices, and the Group's policies and values. This role plays an important part in increasing the Group's compliance culture and effectiveness of compliance by increasing awareness and continuous monitoring.

As a Compliance Manager, he/she will also be expected to provide to:

- Manage day-to-day compliance activities related to the Group and its Business Activities businesses national and international..
- LeadImplementation, design and update of global policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures, to ensure compliance with the Group's values, Code of Business Conduct and various international and local laws and regulations.
- Develop compliance processes, activities, systems (including compliance databases and other electronic compliance tools)..
- Conduct risk management and assessment activities and methodology.
- Development, execution, monitoring of compliance programs
- Developecoordinat, and manag compliance education and training programs and systems. Serve as compliance training instructor within the Group.
- Proactively research/resolve compliance-related questions and serve as a trusted expert on Compliance and Regulatory matters.
- Provide support and conduct compliance investigations, reviews, and prepare related written reports.
- Develop periodic reports and metrics regarding all the compliance activities.
- Working cross-functionally across multiple international teams.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge on regulations, trends and best compliance practices in the business.
- Preparation of presentations and reports to business leaders, senior management and Group-level committees on compliance activities and KPIs..
- Handle various administrative tasks and compliance projects
- Other duties as required.
