**Job Description**:
Dow Jones is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our R&C Managed Services team responsible for preparing, executing and delivering screening and remediation projects to our clients and acts as a point of contact for Sales and our clients based in APAC, EMEA and AMER. As a Delivery Manager you will work with project teams based in Europe and the US which requires you to collaborate with different parties across different time zones. You will report to the Manager, Screening, R&C Managed Services.
You Will
- Collaborate and partner with Delivery Managers to proactively identify process improvements, capture business process requirements, and help translate these requirements into technical solutions to drive efficiency and improve data quality for our team
- Lead and develop team members. Focus on continuous improvement of the team, identify the need for training, coaching process improvement and provide recommendations to management
- Ensure that all operational processes are timely and accurately executed
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and testing of guidelines, data and tools that will support the team
- Assure all quality and operational reports to be accessible to all relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders ensuring a constant flow of communication, knowing when to escalate issues to the relevant stakeholder(s)
- Build meaningful reports and dashboards that will create valuable insight and drive our operational decision-making
- Manipulate data with scripts and other techniques using internal and third-party tools
- Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality
- Support training of future members of staff
- Contribute to both team and product-initiated projects
You Have
- Excellent English writing skills
- Hands-on experience working with very large datasets, including statistical analyses, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation
- Experience with conducting data collection and analysis using SQL/Python/Excel
- Handled projects independently along with managing client/sales relationships
- A strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities
- An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity
Preferred
- Previous experience of working on client-facing projects as part of a (project) team.
- Previous experience with Factiva, Dow Jones Risk and Compliance (or similar products)
