FUNCIONES

Integrado en el Departamento de Property Management, será un miembro del área de gestión de activos, realizando las siguientes funciones y responsabilidades principalmente:

- Gestión patrimonial: participar de uno o varios proyectos, controlando aspectos de gestión esenciales, tales como:

- Gestión y Control del presupuesto, Opex y Capex, realización de provisiones, monthly closing.
- Budgeting and Service Charge set up para asegurar la integridad de la información reportada, facturada y gestionada con el cliente.
- Contabilización de facturas en el sistema en tiempo y forma. Clasificar correctamente los gastos recuperables y no recuperables del activo realizando el seguimiento presupuestario de cada una de las partidas de las que se compone el presupuesto.
- Tesoreria: Conciliaciones bancaras semanales, asegurándose que todo queda contabilizado correctamente.
- Gestión de los pagos mensuales.
- Colaborar y realizar las tareas administrativas, tanto a nível de sistemas operativos como de gestión externa (frente a organismos oficiales, ayuntamientos, bancos, compliance)
- Apoyo en la coordinación de otros departamentos para la obtención de le información necesaria de la gestión financiera, reporting, correcta aplicación de procedimientos, así como la coordinación de las personas financieras asignadas en el equipo/proyecto.
- Soporte Auditorías.
- Responsable del cumplimiento de los procedimientos de la ISO y de CBRE.

**Perfil**:

- Formación universitaria: Licenciado en Económicas, Empresariales o Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
- Valorable Master
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Informática: Usuario de sistemas informáticos (Office), requiriéndose especialmente un buen manejo de Excel y Word
- Valorables conocimientos de sistemas operativos, YARDI, SAP, TABLEAU.
- 2-5 años de experiência en puesto financiero similar, con preferencia del sector Real Estate.
