IS Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and provide specific, end-to-end Information Systems (IS) solutions/services within the defined scope. Each day, you will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units, IS Operations team members, and external third-party IS service suppliers in a “core and flex model,” as advised. You will also showcase your expertise by providing consultation, input, and resolution for any incident, change, or project which has/might have a major impact on the relevant IS solutions/services. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the local Motion IS in Madrid - Spain. Main stakeholders are all local business for Spain and Portugal. You will be mainly accountable for: - Delivering an IS service/support for the appropriate domain or subdomain of an IS solution to the relevant customer group, ensuring execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule. - Supporting the installation/management/maintenance/optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS service build or IS service delivery for the domain. - Managing assigned budget, if any, effectively and delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs. - Assisting in major incident & critical situation resolution. **Qualifications for the role**:
- You are highly skilled in network management tools, telephony systems and printer technologies and the IT services market
- You have 5 years of experience in service IT management working as service manager with network, telephony and printers
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of networks and telephony software (Service Now, TEM)
- You are innovative around problem solving and team collaboration and vendor management.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field.
- You are at ease communicating in both Spanish and English. Portuguese nice to have.
- You hold current ITIL certification valid in Spain and valid work permit for Spain.
