**What you'll do**
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Engagement Platform and Product Owners to enhance the quality and efficiency of our system (Dynamics).
- Assist in designing and defining business processes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and tasks.
- Provide support for end-to-end testing during system launches.
- Develop training materials to empower end-users with the tools they need to succeed.

**What You Bring**
- Fluency in English and a passion for new technologies and innovation.
- A hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

**Bonus**: Experience in software development or a keen interest in product management.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Business Information Management, or a related field in Spain.
- Available to start the internship ASAP, no later than **February 2024**.

This is not a remote internship. You’ll primarily work from our office in **Barcelona**, where you’ll be immersed in our supportive, innovative culture.
