**Overview**

PepsiCo’s Digital Product Management team, as part of the Digital Products and Services (DPS) organization, delivers and sustains digital products across Strategy and Transformation’s core priorities to accelerate PepsiCo’s digital transformation. The DPS testing lead will be a critical member of the global product management team to properly test and validate the software build. It implies the planning, monitoring, control and reporting of the testing activities and tasks to deliver high-quality software.

**Responsibilities** Responsabilities**
- Defines the test scope, objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans compliance with PepsiCo standards
- Defines and owns planning, monitoring, control and reporting of the testing activities and tasks
- Defines, track and report SIT/UAT Entry and Exit Criteria
- Keeps track of Defect/CR fixes, stores test evidence and aligns impact and escalating blockers when required
- Responsible to provide detailed quality and accurate test scripts that completely test software build
- Estimate the testing to be done and ensures necessary resources (Testers, tools, etc )
- Make sure test environment is available before test execution and properly managed during test execution
- Schedule the tests for execution and then monitor, measure, control and report on test results and progress
- Supports business users in planning, and executing user acceptance testing

**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Software Development
- 7 years of Test Management experience (creation of test strategy, test planning, co-ordination, stake holder management, Defect management, reporting) in big global programs (Multiple markets and functions)
- 5 years Test Analyst/execution experience
- Desirable experience in IBP, Demand Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Supply Chain or Finance Programs
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies
- CPG experience preferred
