Billing Analyst

**What You'll Do**:

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with clients or internal departments.
- Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and update accounting systems.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing and revenue.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and implement best practices.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Manage internal/external client request related to invoicing

**Who You Are**:

- You have Background in accounting
- Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of billing procedures and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in billing software and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
