**Your role as a Customer Service Representative**
You will provide front-line support for one of the leading digital banks in the Nordic region, which offers a variety of financial products to help customers manage their finances. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional customer support.
- Contributing to the success of the project by sharing knowledge, proposing improvements, and working collaboratively with your team.
**What we are looking for**
- Proficiency in Finnish (at least C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A solution-oriented mindset with strong multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay focused during high-volume periods.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to start on June 2, 2025.
