**Job Purpose**:
Job purpose: Accountable of UAN (vendor special prices) creation in our system based on the documentation received from the vendors.
Why the position exist: In order to make this special conditions visible to our sales force and our customers in Intouch.
Main accountability: UAN creation
Contribution to achieve dpt goals: Key to meet daily department SLAs and provide quality enough to avoid TD profit lost.

**Responsibilities**:

- UAN creation in our system (65%)
- Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation (30%)
- Basic data base maintenance (5%)
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Some College preferred.
- High School Graduate required.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
- Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.#LI-PR2
