Why the position exist: In order to make this special conditions visible to our sales force and our customers in Intouch. Main accountability: UAN creation Contribution to achieve dpt goals: Key to meet daily department SLAs and provide quality enough to avoid TD profit lost. **Responsibilities**: - UAN creation in our system (65%) - Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation (30%) - Basic data base maintanance (5%) **Knowledge, Skills and Experience**: - Possesses basic data entry skills. - Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. - Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. - Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information. - Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish. **"At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
