**Graduate Program GLOBAL MARKETS BNP Paribas CIB**
In the Corporate & Institutional Banking area of BNP Paribas we offer services to corporate and institutional clients, accompanying them in the realization of their projects, providing them with financing, investment, savings and underwriting services. Within Global Markets, we are looking for a person to join our team in the Graduate Program.
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Strong learning oriented attitude to develop in a full-fledged Global Macro sales support in all client activities, making sure we can respond to enquiries and maintain high client satisfactions
- Market intelligence and research analysis on market trends and products launched in the market
- Support in the all post trading activity, with interactions in full autonomy with middle office and back office
- Maintain our reporting activities and KPI monitoring for the business
- Marketing material screening and preparation and support to organize events
- Help in the organization of and participate in client conferences and seminars helping to create brochures, marketing materials and videos for new products
- Liaise with our compliance regarding recertification of existing clients, obtaining all necessary documents from clients
- Help in responding to client RFPs (Request for Prices)
- Actively participate in group discussions and participate in sales and product meetings both in Iberia and internationally
**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Education: Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, area/s
- Behavioral skills: Accuracy, teamwork and analytical approach; proactivity and problem solving attitude; strong interpersonal skills
- Technical skills: Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken), Italian a strong plus.
