**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**

As a** experienced Project Manager **you will help in different areas, such as:

- End to End follow up on the status of initiatives associated with Cash Management products.
- Contribute in the ideation and definition of the different business transformation initiatives.
- Follow-up and escalation of product risks and dependencies and of the main production issues and operational shortcomings.
- Follow-up and coordination of transversal initiatives.
- Team Management: Evaluation, monitoring of delivery capacity, as well as sizing of the different teams.
- Elaboration of presentation and support documentation for Committees and top management.
- Change Management. Ensuring understanding of major changes within the organization.
- Project Management. Project management (control and monitoring and budget management).
- Ensure alignment with business and Group strategy.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Experience between 8 and 10 years.

**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor's degree, further education (Master's degree) is desirable.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**:

- Experience in managing remote and/or **multicultural teams**.
- ** 8-10 years of experience** in end-to-end project management in the field of **Cash Management (desirable knowledge in Payments, Collections, Liquidity and B2B2C)**.
- High/very high level of spoken and written **English**.
- Very high/native level of **Spanish**.
- Experience in project and team management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies applied**:Scrum, Kamban, etc**.
- Ability to communicate with business areas.
